Taste of SOUL is a South Jersey food truck, restaurant and catering business serving soul food with Southern and Caribbean influences. Its offerings include fried chicken, turkey wings, oxtails, pineapple jerk chicken, chicken with sweet potato waffles, fried fish, seafood, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, candied yams and other traditional sides. The mobile food truck appears at festivals, community gatherings and private events throughout the region, while the Burlington restaurant provides a permanent location for dine-in and takeout service. Catering is also available for celebrations and group events.
