Uncle Bobbie’s Coffee & Books is an independent bookstore, café, and community gathering space in Philadelphia’s Germantown neighborhood. Founded by Marc Lamont Hill, the shop offers a curated collection of books emphasizing Black literature, history, culture, and ideas, along with children’s books, audiobooks, signed editions, apparel, and gifts. Its café serves coffee, espresso drinks, tea, pastries, and other light refreshments. Uncle Bobbie’s also hosts author conversations, book signings, workshops, children’s story times, and community events that bring readers and neighbors together.
