All Black Directory is a community-powered directory of Black-owned businesses in Philadelphia and the surrounding region. We provide this service to help connect people with businesses in their community. We are not a booking platform, marketplace, or intermediary — we list businesses, we don’t transact on their behalf.

3. Submitting Business Information

When you submit or recommend a business, you represent that:

  • The information you’re providing is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have the right to share that information
  • You are not submitting false, misleading, or harmful content

We reserve the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion. Submitting a business does not guarantee it will be listed.

4. Accuracy of Listings

We do our best to keep listings current and accurate, but we make no guarantees. Business hours, contact information, locations, and ownership can change. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting or making a purchase decision.

All Black Directory is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate or outdated listing information.

5. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, defamatory, or misleading information
  • Use the Site for spam, scraping, or automated data collection
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s functionality or security
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The All Black Directory name, logo, and original content on this Site are our property. Business names, logos, and information belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites, including business websites and social media profiles. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. A link does not constitute an endorsement.

Listing a business on All Black Directory does not mean we endorse, recommend, or vouch for that business. We are a directory, not a review or certification service. Do your own due diligence before hiring or purchasing from any listed business.
